Q: What about the shipping fees?

For normal orders, shipping fees will charge on you. If you are a wholesale

customer, we have different options as you wish to buy in bulk.

Q:How do your company ship paintings?

We only use reputable carriers like EMS, Fedex, DHL or UPS. We ship unframed paintings in a protective hard plastic tube.

Q:What if my painting is damaged during shipping?

When your paintings are damaged,Please refuse the delivery,so we can receive the package back from the shipping company and claim the insurance funds. We will then paint a new painting for you and will ship it to you within 10 days.This extremely rare circumstance , but we will paint a free painting for you.

Q: Does paintings freight fees cover customs or taxes?

As most purchasing, paying local customs or taxes is the customers'

responsibility.However, With our experience that 99.5% of the paintings arrive without taxed.

Q:Do you sell paintings or prints?

We sell both 100% handmade oil painting, print still can be sold

Q:Will your artist sign the painting?

Not, most of our painting do not sign, but if you need, then we can sign as you want

Q:What's the biggest size can be ordered ?

We can accept any size that you want, The largest paintings we ever did is 3m(H) by 100m(L).

Q: Can you paint photograph ?

Of course. we create original pieces from photographs from our customers.
